Refund and Returns Policy

At Exclusive Golf Memberships, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please contact our customer service team at support@exclusivegolfmemberships.com before sending your return to receive instructions and the return address.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@exclusivegolfmemberships.com.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
  • If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance sale items.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
